HOMAGE PR is led by Mozell Miley-Bailey who comes from the worlds of television and film. Mozell is a brand elevating communications and marketing executive with over 15 years of media conglomerate experience having worked in house at ABC Television Network, the Emmy® Award-winning second season of “The Dr. Oz Show,” Time Inc. brands PEOPLE, ESSENCE, and People En Español, Turner's truTV, and FerenComm, a scriptwriter for ESSENCE and People En Español Festivals as well as an award-winning independent filmmaker whose, short films have screened at international film festivals such as the Williamsburg Independent Film Festival, Squardi Altrove Film Festival in Milan, Harlem International Film Festival, HollyShorts, Big Apple Film Festival, Cannes Film Festival's Short Film Corner and more. She has taken her vast public relations and production experience and love for storytelling in the launch of her own PR/marketing/production company, HOMAGE PR, where she works with entertainment business brands who are rewriting the rules in the art, auction, education, music, publishing worlds and more. In her network are specialists in the fields of film, graphics, social media, and beyond as well as veteran and renowned communications consultants around the world that she can bring on to projects on a need basis. HOMAGE PR’s range of expertise includes (but is not limited to) media relations, production staffing, brand development and consulting, corporate communications, award submissions, media training, events, digital ad buys, film and video production.

Her specialties and interests include filmmaking, writing, consulting, travel, dance, music, art, food, pop culture, literature, antiques, languages (basic fluency of French and Spanish), community advocacy, social justice, sustainability and animals among many other fields. She is a graduate of New York University with a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism and Politics. She resides in Paris with her husband musician/singer, Thomas Bailey.
